The War is always looking for new members! It's an informal thing, and since the final product doesn't have to go into the AP gallery, you can be as lazy as you like :D The major qualification you need is to be daring enough to try new things! \o/
(and put up with a bunch of nutcases).
edit: Note that a clean record (in, and out of AP) is also necessary.

Ahh, yes, Licheus...I adore his works, too but like you said, it's a bit harder to achieve that look with lineart. I tried to experiment with more messy styles, blocking in colors and blending, but my brain simply didn't like it and demanded I smudge everything into a perfectly smooth perfection, lol. XD
